Bodega — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LeadForgeGrowth LLC, which operates Bodega ("Bodega", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Bodega at bodegamed.com, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. What Bodega is

Bodega is a web-based medical-supply inventory management tool for clinics. It helps you track supplies, set reorder levels, receive low-stock and expiration alerts, manage locations and staff roles, and generate order lists. Bodega is a supplies tracking tool only.

2. No patient information

Bodega is not designed for and must not be used to store any patient or protected health information (PHI). You agree not to enter patient names, medical records, or any individually identifiable health information into Bodega. Bodega is intended to stay outside the scope of HIPAA, and keeping patient data out is your responsibility. We may remove content that appears to contain PHI.

3. Accounts, roles, and staff

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure.
A clinic account may have Managers (full control, including billing, pricing, and staff) and Techs (limited to inventory counts). You are responsible for who you invite and the roles you assign.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your accounts.

4. Your data

You own your data. The inventory, counts, vendors, and related information you enter ("Customer Data") remain yours.
You grant us a limited license to store and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
On request, or on account closure, we will make your Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use Bodega for anything unlawful; (b) enter PHI or other prohibited data; (c) attempt to access another clinic's data or breach security; (d) reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the service; or (e) disrupt or overload the service.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed on a recurring (e.g., monthly) basis through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Fees are stated at signup. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, effective on your next billing cycle.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Availability and "as is"

We work hard to keep Bodega available and accurate, but we provide the service "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will always send. Bodega is a helper, not a substitute for your own judgment — always verify critical supply levels yourself.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or supply shortages, arising from your use of Bodega. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use Bodega ends; the data-export terms in Section 4 apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (e.g., by email or in-app). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Bodega (LeadForgeGrowth LLC) at the mobile number you provide — such as service and account notifications (e.g., low-stock and expiration alerts and order reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
